ABOUT
MKCI's Diversity, Equality & Inclusion Foundation was established to help underrepresented and underprivileged groups gain access to higher education. Education is a way out of poverty and we want to do our part to help younger generations achieve their full potential.
This Foundation was established by three women of different backgrounds and upbringings who were lucky enough to have access to higher education. We all achieved our dream of becoming lawyers and leaders in our field, and want to do our part to pay it forward.
Education is not a privilege, but a right. We believe access to education should be available to anyone and everyone who wants to expand his/her/their horizons. We invite you to to attend our events or make a simple donation to help us achieve our goal.
We are truly grateful for the steadfast support the Foundation receives from McGivney, Kluger, Clark & Intoccia. Without the firm's unwavering commitment, this Foundation would not be possible.
Our Mission
At MKCI, we recognize the benefits, importance, and necessity of a diverse working environment, not only to the office atmosphere, but to the clients we serve. However, we also recognize that the landscape of the legal profession is not yet reflective of the incredible diversity in this country.
Thus, the MKCI Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Foundation was established to assist deserving students of diverse backgrounds in their pursuit of higher education. In doing so, we hope to change the landscape of not only the legal profession, but various fields, to represent the wealth of diversity in this country, one student at a time.

Our Goals
To fulfill this mission, the MKCI Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion Foundation will work with McGivney, Kluger, Clark & Intoccia, and leaders in underrepresented communities to provide a diverse student a scholarship to continue the pursuit of their education.
